Privacy Policy

Verify Training, LLC collects information from you for our records to comply with Labor and Industries for CEU purposes and to conduct business with you, user and student. We do not share student/electrician information with anyone outside of Verify Training, LLC except to inform the Labor and Industries and other appropriate agencies of your course completion so you may get credit for your CEUs.

User Agreement

  1. You will not share or copy tests or materials including practice questions, CEU materials, and other courses found here.
  2. You will do the work yourself and not use answers provided by others.
  3. Your financial data is never on our website or servers. It is maintained by the financial institution associated with your charge card and/or PayPal. We do not have any access to your financial records or accounts.
  4. Verify Training, LLC is not an Authority Having Jurisdiction. Information provided here is based upon experience, but no warranty is provided as to the suitability of the specific application of your particular wiring system or situation. Seek a ruling from your inspector when in doubt.
  5. We report CEU hours within 72 hours of course completion.
  6. You do not pay for online CEU classes until completed. We do not report online completions until paid.
  7. No warranty is implied or expressed that taking any course or reviewing any learning material provided by Verify Training, LLC will result in passing scores on any exam, including CEU courses and official exams conducted by a proctor or by governing bodies for topics. The user, not Verify Training, LLC, is responsible for exam results.

Cookies and Digital Tracking

  1. Enabling Cookies and Digital Tracking helps our site work with your browser more efficiently. Not allowing Cookies or Digital Tracking may cause some features to be unavailable, or work incorrectly.
  2. We only use our Cookies and Digital Tracking internally, to manage, monitor, and improve the site. We do not sell, loan, or allow access to user profiles, their activities, or other tracking to any entity outside of Verify Training or its direct service providers.
  3. We do not collect or store any payment information from our customers, cookies and tracking done by outside financial institutions such as PayPal, and our credit card processing servicers retain some information to allow for a smooth payment experience. Verify Training has no access to financial institution data, user credit card information, or payment addresses.
